【摘要】:ThestandardsunderthejurisdictionofCommitteeD11.40andothertechnicalcommitteescanbeusedindividuallyoraspartofanintegratedprotocolintheassessmentandselectionofmedicalgloves.Theintendeduseofthestandardsisasameansbywhichinformationcanberequested,generated,andreportedinaconsistent,comparablemanner.Thesuggestedassessmentsandtestmethodsarerecommendedguidelines.Testmethodsofferproceduresforassessingmedicalglovesatstandardizedconditionstoallowcomparison.Theinformationonmedicalgloveperformancemustbecombinedwithprofessionaljudgment,andaclearunderstandingoftheapplication,inorderforthemedicalglovetoprovidethebestperformance.MedicalglovesintendedforuseduringemergencymedicaloperationsmaybeevaluatedandtheirperformancecertifiedtoNFPA1999,StandardonProtectiveClothingforEmergencyMedicalOperations.Thiscertificationprogramisvoluntary.1.1ThisguideisintendedtoassistintheidentificationandapplicationofthemostappropriateASTMandassociatedstandardsfortheassessment,developmentofspecifications,andselectionofmedicalgloveswiththeultimategoalofmaintainingthesafetyandhealthofhealthcareworkerswhomaycomeintocontactwithbiologicalandchemicalhazards.1.2Noguidancedocumentorassessmentprotocolcanensuretheselectionofmedicalglovesthatguaranteeshealthcareworkerprotection.Thepurposeoftestingandassessingmedicalglovesistogeneratetheperformancedataandqualityinformationthatwillallowthemostappropriateassessmentandselectionofmedicalgloves.Ultimately,theselectionofmedicalglovesshallbebasedontheevaluationofavailabletechnicaldata,qualityinformation,andprofessionalassessmentofrisk.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ISO11114-4:2005specifiestestmethodsandtheevaluationofresultsfromthesetestsinordertoqualifysteelssuitableforuseinthemanufactureofgascylinders(upto3000l)forhydrogenandotherembrittlinggases.ISO11114-4:2005onlyappliestoseamlesssteelgascylinders.TherequirementsofISO11114-4:2005arenotapplicableifatleastoneofthefollowingconditionsfortheintendedgasserviceisfulfilled:theworkingpressureofthefilledembrittlinggasislessthan20%ofthetestpressureofthecylinder;thepartialpressureofthefilledembrittlinggasofagasmixtureislessthan5MPa(50bar)inthecaseofhydrogenandotherembrittlinggases,withtheexceptionofhydrogensulphideandmethylmercaptaninwhichcasesthepartialpressureshallnotexceed0,25MPa(2,5bar).
