【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceformeasuringthesteady-stateroot-mean-square(r.m.s.)valuesofquasi-staticmagneticandelectricfieldswhichhaveafrequencycontentintherange15Hzto9kHz.Sourcesofquasi-staticfieldsincludedevicesthatoperateatpowerfrequenciesandproducepowerfrequencyandpowerfrequencyharmonicfields,aswellasdevicesthatproducefieldsindependentofthepowerfrequency.Themagnituderangescoveredbythisstandardare100nTto100mTand1V/mto50kV/mformagneticfieldsandelectricfields,respectively.Whenmeasurementsoutsidethisrangeareperformed,mostoftheprovisionsofthisstandardwillstillapply,butcertainprovisionssuchasspecifieduncertaintyandcalibrationproceduremayneedmodification.Specifically,thisstandard-definesterminology;-identifiesrequisitefieldmeterspecifications;-indicatesmethodsofcalibration;-definesrequirementsoninstrumentationuncertainty;-describesgeneralcharacteristicsoffields;-surveysoperationalprinciplesofinstrumentation;-describesmeasurementmethodsthatachievedefinedgoalspertainingtohumanexposure.Sourcesofuncertaintyduringcalibrationandmeasurementsarealsoidentifiedandguidanceisprovidedonhowtheyshouldbecombinedtodeterminetotalmeasurementuncertainty.Inregardtoelectricfieldmeasurements,thisstandardconsidersonlythemeasurementoftheunperturbedelectricfieldstrengthatapointinspace(i.e.theelectricfieldpriortotheintroductionofthefieldmeterandoperator)oronconductingsurfaces.NOTE-Someseparationbetweenthenormativemeasurementrequirementsinclauses5and6andtheexamplemeasurementprotocolsandguidanceformeasurementsinannexesDandEisunavoidablebecauseofformatrequirements.
