【摘要】:ThispartofISO230specifiesmethodsfortestingandevaluatingtheaccuracyandrepeatabilityofthepositioningofnumericallycontrolledmachinetoolaxesbydirectmeasurementofindividualaxesonthemachine.Thesemethodsapplyequallytolinearandrotaryaxes.Whenseveralaxesaresimultaneouslyundertest,themethodsdonotapply.ThispartofISO230canbeusedfortypetesting,acceptancetests,comparisontesting,periodicverification,machinecompensation,etc.Themethodsinvolverepeatmeasurementsateachposition.Therelatedparametersofthetestaredefinedandcalculated.TheiruncertaintiesareestimatedasdescribedinISO/TR230-9:2005,AnnexCt2l.AnnexApresentstheestimationofthemeasurementuncertainty.AnnexBdescribestheapplicationofanoptionaltestcycle—thestepcycle.TheresultsfromthiscyclearenottobeusedeitherinthetechnicalliteraturewithreferencetothispartofISO230,norforacceptancepurposes,exceptunderspecialwrittenagreementsbetweensupplier/manufactureranduser.CorrectreferencetothispartofISO230formachineacceptancealwaysreferstothestandardtestcycle.
