【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesguidingprinciplesfordirectorsoforganizations(includingowners,boardmembers,directors,partners,seniorexecutives,orsimilar)ontheeffective,efficient,andacceptableuseofInformationTechnology(IT)withintheirorganizations.Thisstandardappliestothegovernanceofmanagementprocesses(anddecisions)relatingtotheinformationandcommunicationservicesusedbyanorganization.TheseprocessescouldbecontrolledbyITspecialistswithintheorganizationorexternalserviceproviders,orbybusinessunitswithintheorganization.Italsoprovidesguidancetothoseadvising,informing,orassistingdirectors.Theyinclude:~seniormanagers;~membersofgroupsmonitoringtheresourceswithintheorganization;~externalbusinessortechnicalspecialists,suchaslegaloraccounting;specialists,retailassociations,orprofessionalbodies;~vendorsofhardware,software,communicationsandotherITproducts;~internalandexternalserviceproviders(includingconsultants);~ITauditors.
