【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationprescribestherecommendedstandardmetricsizesofsolidroundelectricalconductors.1.2Thisspecificationprescribestherecommendedstandardmetricsizedesignationsofstrandedelectricalconductors(seeExplanatoryNote1).Note2--Physicalproperties,constructionrequirements,andmanufacturingtolerancesforspecificproductsshouldbeincludedinindividualproductspecificationsdevelopedinaccordancewithappropriatesizesinthisspecification.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbyAWGorkcmil,therequirementsinSIunitshavebeennumericallyconvertedfromcorrespondingvalues,statedorderived,ininch-poundunits.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbySIunitsonly,therequirementsarestatedorderivedinSIunits.
