【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformanceandtestingrequirementsforthegasinflationsystemsforinflatablelife-savingappliancescomplyingwiththerequirementsofthe1974SafetyofLifeatSeaConvention(SOLAS74),asamended,andtheIMOInternationalLife-SavingApplianceCode(LSACode),adoptedbyIMOResolutionMSC.48(66).ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,thegasinflationsystemconsistsofinflationgas,cylindervalve,cylinderoperatinghead,high-pressurehoses,andpressure-relief,inflate/deflate,non-returnandtransfervalves.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesonlysystemsinwhichcompressedinflationgasincylindersisusedastheinflationmedium.Becausenationalrequirementsforqualification,use,andtestingofgas-cylindersvarywidely,requirementsforgas-cylindersarenotaddressedinthisInternationalStandard,butshouldmeettherequirementsoftheapplicableregulatorybodies.ThesystemsaddressedinthisInternationalStandardareofthetypegenerallyusedinprimarylife-savingappliancessuchassurvivalcraft,marineevacuationsystems,andmeansofrescue;systemsusedinpersonallife-savingappliances,suchasinflatablelifejackets,areaddressedelsewhere.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforthecontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixtures,containingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbyuseofcommerciallyavailablemulti-piston,volumetricpumps.Pumpsofthistypemaybeemployedtopreparegasmixturesinwhichthevolumefractionsofthegaseouscomponentsinthecomplementarygasrangefrom0,1%upwards;therelativeexpandeduncertaintyofmeasure-ment,U,obtainedbymultiplyingtherelativecombinedstandarduncertaintybyacoveragefactork=2isnotgreaterthan0,5%.Lowerconcentrationsmaybeobtainedbycascadingvolumetricpumps,andthelowestvolumefractionachievablebymeansofatwo-pumpcascadeis10.Moreover,ifpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases,muchlowerconcentrationscanbeobtained.Themeritsofthismethodarethatalargequantityofthegasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasis,andthatmulticomponentmixturescanalsobereadilyprepared.
