【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienicdesignrequirementsforthemanufactureofmachinesusedfortheproductionofpies,tarts,pasties,encrouteproductsandothersimilaritemswherethepastrycasesareformedbytheclosingunderpressureofoneormoreformingheads.Thestandardappliestothefollowingthreebasictypesofmachine:-machineswhereoperatorshandsenterhazardzone1(see4.1)ateachcycle;-machineswhichareloadedoutsidehazardzone1;-automaticmachines.Figure1,2and3illustrateexamplesofthese.Automaticloadingdevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandardappliestoelectrically,pneumaticallyandhydraulicallypoweredmachines.Manuallyoperatedmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.Clause4liststhesignificanthazardsidentifiedonthesemachinesonthebasisofariskassessmentcarriedoutfollowingtheprinciplesinEN1050:1996.Thesafetyandhygienerequirementstakeintoaccountthehazardsarisingfromuse(includingsetting,processchangeover,operation),cleaningandmaintenance.Hazardsarisingfromforeseeablemisuse(3.12,EN292-1:1991)arealsoincluded.Flourdustisnotasignificanthazardatpieandtartmachines.AnoisetestcodeisincludedinannexBtoassistmanufacturerstomeasurenoiselevelforthepurposeofthenoiseemissiondeclaration.ThisdocumentinnotapplicabletopieandtartmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
